Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union.

What are the delivery costs?

Orders under €30: €4.99 · €30 to €49.99: €2.99 · From €50: free delivery.

What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page and at checkout. They may vary depending on the product ordered.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, when this service is available for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at the bottom of the page when you proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible after your purchase: if the order has not yet been prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

How does a refund work?

Once the return is received (or proof of shipment is provided), the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Are your products suitable for all cats?

Our products are selected to suit the majority of cats. If your companion has specific needs (health, size, behaviour), do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase.

How do I care for my CATNOVA products?
