2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the CATNOVA online store (mkyuy6-hs.myshopify.com). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products and availability
The products offered are those listed on the website at the time of consultation. CATNOVA reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time. Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, CATNOVA undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to offer a refund or an exchange.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. CATNOVA is not subject to VAT (article 293B of the CGI): no VAT is therefore applicable on sales. Delivery costs are indicated and calculated at the time of payment.
5. Order
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, then finalizes their purchase by entering their delivery information and choosing their payment method. Order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. Accepted payment methods are indicated during payment. Transactions are secured by SSL protocol via the Shopify platform.
7. Delivery
CATNOVA delivers to European Union countries. The rates are:
- Order under €30: €4.99
- Order from €30 to €49.99: €2.99
- Order of €50 or more: free delivery
Estimated delivery times are communicated at the time of the order. They may vary depending on the product and destination. CATNOVA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@catnova.fr before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging if possible. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error by CATNOVA or a defective product.
The refund is made within 14 days following receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as that used for the purchase.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, the customer may request replacement or refund of the product.
10. Liability
CATNOVA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The products are intended for domestic and non-professional use.
11. Personal data
The data collected is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Contact us at contact@catnova.fr to exercise these rights.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the seller's domicile.
